This company was established in June, 2012, by E-Town Capital working with the Engine Division of the Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC) for a government plan as an integration of five gas turbine units, at a cost of 200 million yuan ($ 30.49 million). So, it is a State-owned enterprise specializing in its own aero-engine products, mainly in gas turbines and related energy products, industrial energy conservation projects, and support services. It has developed a technology and services system with product R&D, project assembly and operations and maintenance. It holds more than 100 technology patents and handles National high-tech R&D programs and will join the State-owned China Aero Engine Group in 2016.
