("E-Town Capital") was founded in February 2009, as a state-owned investment and operation corporation dedicated to promoting industrial development and scientific and technological innovation in Beijing. As of the end of 2025, the company's total assets stood at 151.35 billion yuan ($22.26 billion). 

Its main subsidiaries include Beijing E-Town International Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd., E-Town International Holding (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Beijing E-Town International Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd., Beijing E-Town International Financing Leasing Co., Ltd., Beijing Tongming Lake IT City, and Beijing E-Town Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., among others. 

Centering on the functional positioning of "being a professional, market-oriented and value-driven industry-empowering investment platform", the company focuses on the four pillar industries of new generation information technology (IT), biotechnology and big health, new energy intelligent vehicles, as well as robotics and smart manufacturing. It also develops the six major future industries: future space, future health, future information, future materials, future energy, and future manufacturing, while continuing to deepen the four core businesses of industrial investment, fund management, science and technology finance, and the IT application innovation base. The company actively contributes to Beijing's development as China's political center, cultural center, center for international exchanges, and center for scientific and technological innovation. 

In terms of industrial investment, E-Town Capital is firmly committed to acting as a provider of long-term, patient, and strategic capital. Focusing on original innovation, core technologies, and key links in the industrial chain, it supports major strategic projects, actively participates in overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and leverages the guiding and amplifying role of state-owned capital as well as its counter-cyclical adjustment function. In fund management, as one of the first state-owned investment institutions in China to adopt a "sub-fund + direct investment" model, E-Town Capital is committed to building a well-structured and efficiently coordinated fund system comprising a fund of funds, government-guided funds, and direct investment funds. It has formed a full-lifecycle, multi-tiered fund matrix covering angel, VC, PE, M&A, special-purpose, and overseas funds. Through market-oriented, professional, and refined operations, it precisely meets the needs at all stages from original innovation to industrialization, and continuously supports the development of strategic emerging and future industries. 

In science and technology finance, E-Town Capital fully leverages its integrated industry-finance service system with industrial investment at its core, supported by financing guarantee and leasing services. Through its subsidiaries E-Town Guarantee and E-Town Leasing, it continuously focuses on financial needs, develops innovative products, and optimizes service models, while increasing financing support and reducing costs. In recent years, E-Town Guarantee has launched a range of batch-based and specialized guarantee products, including the "entrepreneurship guarantee loan", "Postal Savings Bank of China's easy loan for micro and small enterprises", and "head-office-to-head-office cooperation between banks and guarantee institutions". Meanwhile, E-Town Leasing has developed financing leasing products such as "E-Town Chain Financing", "E-Town Entrepreneurship Financing", and "E-Town Inclusive Financing". As of the end of 2025, E-Town Capital had more than 300 investment projects under management, with a total paid-in capital of over 150 billion yuan. It managed over 90 funds with paid-in capital exceeding 60 billion yuan, and a total fund size of more than 1 trillion yuan.
